Eli Roth has some entertaining comments after having lunch with friend…
When Suge Knight was at his bail hearing with his partner in crime comic Katt Williams for a 2014 robbery, he already had a long history of prior charges and probation. Judge Keith L. Schwartz of Office 56 of the Los Angeles County Superior Court presided. Schwartz who had overseen a Lindsay Lohan case, took sympathy for Knight and set him walking out the court with another bail. Judge Schwartz also gave a repeat offender and another trouble maker with the law Katt Williams the benefit of the doubt not the female photographer with no criminal history. Suge Knight had 2 strikes and this would have been his third. Judge Keith L. Schwartz believed Knight and Williams at the bail hearing where they stated the “the photographer” was taking pictures of a child. The judge who has run unopposed for his seat on the Superior Court, believed them without any corroborating evidence or hearing from the photographer. Both Williams and Knight skipped out of the bail hearing using their celebrity to celebwash the public. With Shawn Holley, who also had a favorable relationship with Harvey Levin, the go to attorney for in trouble celebs including Lindsay Lohan, on Williams side, Katt was ready to go full court press on TMZ.
TMZ was the place to go when a celebrity wanted to push their propaganda. And TMZ was more than happy to give Williams and Knight all the tape they needed to lie, harass and slander.
Both made videos pleading their case to the public - “they did nothing wrong, the female was doing inappropriate things with a child, there was no altercation” etc. Suge and Katt used TMZ as their own personal channel and bully pulpit. TMZ helped both by not reporting the robbery even though they were aware of the incident moments after it transpired. TMZ decided to wait until the pair were arrested a month later and posted an edited clip of the photographer being questioned by the investigating police officer who arrived on the scene moments after the crime.
TMZ held hands with Williams and Knight in their quest for getting away with crimes, building their fan base and making more money by promoting their “thug life” agenda. Diana Dasrath of TMZ called to get a sound bite from Knight's and Williams' robbery victim. During the telephone conversation, Dasrath told the victim that "No Lawyer Would Help Her". The victim refused to get an interview or a soundbite and ended the call.
The videos promoting the Williams-Knight robbery lies continued and escalated. Williams went on to do other interviews, concert tours, acting gigs and other crimes while free on bail. Keeping his gangster street cred relevant, Knight kept to the script of being an intimidating presence on the LA scene.
Standing by his monster red tricked out pick up truck, Knight went on to do a holiday video where he wore a red Christmas sweater. In the exclusive set up TMZ video, Knight said that in the coming year he was going to handle all his enemies. A few weeks later in 2015 Terry Carter would be run over to death by the same red monster truck that Suge Knight so proudly stood threatening his foes.
Judge Keith L. Schwartz is one of the many weak links in a chain of broken justice and public safety. His ego and his celebrity kissing attitude instead of actually reading over the facts, watching corroborating surveillance video or even questioning the victim, released Marion Suge Knight to do more harm. If Suge Knight was denied bail due to the facts that he was a repeat offender on his 2nd strike as well as violating his probation, would Terry Carter be alive? How many more crimes did Marion Suge Knight commit after the robbery? How many more did he do while in jail awaiting trial for murder? How many people did he threaten, harass and attempt to bribe? Even his girlfriend Toi-Lynn Kelly is in jail due to her helping him sell sealed court evidence to TMZ. Not only is his baby’s mamma locked up but his business partner and friend Lawyer Mark Blankenship has been indicted with the same sealed evidence case. Many of those who chose to hitch their wagons on the Knight train, have to stand trial for their attachment. Attorneys’ Thaddeus Culpepper and Matthew Fletcher were indicted for conspiracy, attempted bribery and perjury while attempting to get Suge Knight off on his murder trial.
Will TMZ be held accountable for purchasing sealed court evidence and aiding abetting Knight? Probably not? Will Judge L. Schwartz lose his Office 56 Seat on the Los Angeles Superior Court next time he runs for re-election? Will celebrities cases be tried differently in the future? Will victims be heard and taken seriously?
I have very little faith in the Los Angeles Justice System. Celebrity Criminals get the benefit of the doubt not the Survivors especially if a lone female comes forward.
My robbery case was dismissed against Suge Knight without prior knowledge or consent.
So where My Rights for a fair trail? Video Evidence was never released to the Public to clear me of the accusations that Katt Williams and Marion Suge Knight lied, landered me with and showed the robbery and the assault perpetrated by them.
To many 28 years for Marion Suge Knight is justice. That maybe true yet if Knight was denied bail while he had broken his rules for probation, Terry Carter would be alive. Celebrities need to be held accountable for their actions and not given extra chances when they have a proven track record of breaking the law with violence. So Goodbye Suge Knight and good luck to Katt Williams who was given multiple get out of free jail cards in both Georgia and California. Hopefully he is done with injuring and robbing people. after an 8 year run. Maybe he has learned from his former manager and friend Suge Knight not to kill anyone and realize he is lucky he escaped making the same fate.

Donald Trump is too busy colluding with the Russians and distracting attention with NFL attacks to actually have a game plan to deal with the devastating effects of the recent Hurricane disasters. Many people are taking matters into their own hands by donating supplies as well as transportation. Many celebs who have the most are helping so I asked multimillionaire Mel Gibson if he would help Puerto Rico.

Some Saturday shenanigans with Schwarzenegger, Stallone and Rourke…
So I watched a recent UFC on FOX George St. Pierre interview where GSP said he was ready to come back but Dana White was being cheap by not wanting to update his fighting contract. The rumor is that White wants GSP to come back at the same pay rate as he fought when he left the UFC a few years ago. I sincerely hope that is not the case but learning about Dana White’s propensity of putting corporate sponsors first as well as the UFC brand being more powerful than anyone star, it is no wonder negotiations are at a stand still. George St. Pierre is too smart to lose his endorsement deals that give him more money than fighting for the UFC under the old contracts and the recent UFC deal with Reebok. So could the biggest fight in UFC history be lost because of ego and greed? Probably.
But I heard a delicious rumor that GSP was going to return and a big fight match up could happen with Conor McGregor. So I asked Sylvester Stallone his thoughts on a possible match up.
Well the whole world will be watching the rematch of Nate Diaz vs Conor McGregor. I asked Rocky himself which fighter will win tonight…
The following essay I wrote in response to the question of why some victims of violent crimes – especially rape don’t come forward. I hope this helps in the better understanding of victims’ mind sets and challenges.
Getting help becomes a full time job in itself. It takes a considerable amount of time to do research. Finding the right help is paramount. Weeding through doctors, lawyers, clinics, hospitals, websites, referrals, references, emails, phone calls and the police is time consuming and at times frustrating.
Police – over worked, desensitized, might not complete paperwork or conduct proper or thorough investigations. Majority of police are men, and if the victim is a woman there might be power games being played such as the victim being made to feel they are overly emotional and that they should trust the police officer to do their job with no questions asked.
Victim may feel isolated and that they have no one to talk to. They also may feel pressure from family members, loved ones , friends or co-workers not to come forward, to let the abuse go, or to not go to the authorities. They also may be threaten, intimidated and bullied not to come forward by the assailant(s), attorneys and others in their immediate circle and beyond in social media. Victims also have to contend with people saying it was their fault or that they are lying or it is all in their head – “That they are crazy!”
Shame is a big problem. Talking about the crime can produce ridicule, self doubt and feelings of low self esteem. Repeating details of the crime or incident to doctors, police officers, lawyers, family and employer may cause further feelings of depression and shame.
Feeling violated again when the details of the crime become public record.
Women tend to be conditioned to not want to cause waves, to give others multiple chances, to take care of others more than they take care of their own needs.
Losing time from work pursuing justice or getting help might not be a viable option for some. Others may not have access to adequate health care or day care.
Getting help is expensive. Paying for transportation to go to appointments, to meet with police, to pay for additional expenses as a result of the crime can be daunting. If a survivor of violence is living pay check to pay check or doesn’t have a source of their own income, leaving or getting professional help may not be an immediate, cost effective or a realistic option.
The mental pain as well as the physical pain may take months, years or a lifetime to manage.
And what I found out in my own case that gave me a greater understanding of why so many women in the Bill Cosby case didn’t or waited years to tell their stories is: just because one is a victim in a violent crime, there is no guarantee that you will be believed or helped by attorneys who want to make money. All victims of violent crimes are not a slam dunk in the money department and many lawyers don’t want to rock the boat by going up against a “Celebrity” with corporate connections and a fat wallet.
It is the victim’s ultimate choice to come forward and roll the dice or not. There are no guarantees that justice will win but by telling the truth, providing evidence and healing, one may turn from a victim to a survivor to a Thriver thus educating others while repairing one’s self.
